Welcome to Winki ("the App"), a photo editing and collage-making application designed to help you create stunning photo stories. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Your use of Winki constitutes your acceptance of this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

The App offers both free and premium features, with premium content (templates, filters, fonts) available via in-app currency.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Winki. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the App on behalf of a minor, you assume full responsibility for their compliance with these terms.
Winki does not require account registration or login to use its core features. You may access and use the App without providing personal information beyond what is necessary for download from the App Store.
You agree to use Winki only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You shall not:
All intellectual property rights in Winki, including but not limited to the App's code, design, templates, filters, fonts, and trademarks, are owned by the App's developers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You retain ownership of the photos and content you create using Winki. By using the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features (e.g., applying filters, creating collages), with all processing occurring locally on your device.
Premium templates, filters, and fonts may be unlocked using in-app currency, which can be purchased through the App Store. All purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to App Store policies. In-app currency is non-transferable and has no cash value.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove premium features and adjust their associated costs at any time.
Winki is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or device performance issues.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to Winki at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.
The English version of this agreement shall be the governing text. Any translations are provided for convenience only and shall not take precedence over the English version.
